What we provide
esimop sells prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. Plans are data only — they do not include a phone number, voice calls, or SMS.
Travel use only
These plans are intended for travel. Continuous use in a single country for 60 or more consecutive days constitutes permanent roaming and is not permitted. Plans used this way may be disconnected without refund.
Validity and expiry
A plan's validity period begins when data is first used, not at purchase. Unused plans remain available for six months from purchase. An eSIM expires six months after assignment, last top-up, or last use, whichever is later; after that a new eSIM is required.
Coverage and speeds
Coverage depends on our partner networks in each country and on local conditions. We cannot guarantee a particular speed or uninterrupted service. Where a plan is described as unlimited, a defined amount of full-speed data is provided each day and traffic is reduced in speed thereafter, as stated on the plan.
Where we can sell
We are unable to sell eSIMs to customers located in certain territories for regulatory reasons. Purchases from those locations will be declined.
Device requirements
You are responsible for confirming your device is eSIM-capable and not carrier-locked before purchasing. See our refund policy for what happens if it turns out not to be.
